The Australian American Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1981 in response to the growth of business and economic relations between Australia and the Bay Area. AACC-SF primary goal is to contribute to the ongoing growth of these ties.
Why you should join the Chamber!
"The Australian American Chamber of Commerce has been an important resource for PENSO as the business grows in America. The ability to build a network and meet new clients through the Aussie Club Lunch and monthly drinks has been of tremendous value. The force behind all of this, of course, is Dawn who genuinely loves connecting people and seeing Aussie businesses grow."
Kate Mahon, Vice President Penso
"Australian American Chamber of Commerce is a fantastic opportunity to network with a vast array of business people ranging from other Aussie founders to US businesses helping Australian companies make the leap. The lunches are always interesting and what’s not to love about lunch, wine and great conversation."
DEBORAH NOLLER, CEO Switch Automation
"The opportunity to network and make personal connections with the Panel members made this not only an inspiring event to attend, yet we were able to establish an exciting new strategic partnership with one of the Panelists and found a synergy between both our Businesses. An unexpected outcome yet one that will now see our Company grow and develop new platforms that are an Industry first for us."
Ellie Terry, CEO Mixolesum
Congratulations on a top shelf professional Aussie Club Luncheon at the Fairmont today. The networking amidst the backdrop of San Francisco at the Penthouse dining room to listen to David Thodey was one of the best business luncheons I can remember. The food and service was impeccable. The relaxed atmosphere you created for all the expatriate Australians living in the Bay Area to share with our American business colleagues is very much appreciated.Marc Phillips, Managing Partner
Just a quick note to tell you how much I appreciate the effort you and your team went to for our benefit yesterday. The meeting was excellent, both in the caliber of people you invited and the event itself. I enjoyed myself immensely and even made a new friend or two. And thank you for being so kind and for including me in the invitees. I’m looking forward to my next time in SFO and hope we can get together then. In the meantime, let’s stay in touch and eventually I hope to be able to participate more actively in the AACC there.
