Tom Reems is a corporate lawyer assisting companies, investors and lenders with a variety of transactions. His work involves mergers, acquisitions, private equity, project financing, infrastructure, leveraged buyouts and debt financing. Jim Schneider represents lenders, agents and borrowers, in connection with a variety of commercial and project financing's, advising banks, sponsors, public companies and private companies in domestic and cross-border transactions across a broad range of industries, with a focus on renewable energy.
