After a limited initial rollout earlier this year, the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program will now accept applications from any Australian citizen who meets the eligibility requirements - marking a significant expansion that will benefit thousands of Australian travelers.
Global Entry allows faster immigration and customs clearance for pre-approved travelers when entering the United States. Instead of waiting in standard immigration queues, approved travelers can use dedicated kiosks at major U.S. airports expedited entry.
The program also provides access to TSA PreCheck, which offers faster security screen for domestic travel.
